Any ideas on how to make this logo/header better? Too dark?

The Queen City text is blurry... Make the picture sharp overall and get rid of the blurry effect.

Nice to see how y'all are working together via cyberspace to improve things with BDPA. I wonder if we can find members, speaker or sponsors out here as well?
